2. Cod & Spring onion fishcake, lemon butter sauce , pineapple salsa
3. Feta cheese and black olive salad, roasted tomatoes, crisp croutons
4. Clonakilty black pudding, smoked bacon and potato puree , blue cheese cream sauce

MAIN COURSES

1. Prime Irish minute steak, red onion marmalade, pepper sauce
2. Baked salmon, celeriac puree, lemon beuree blanc
3. Pan fried  breast of chicken, garlic & rosemary flavoured rosti  potato, meat reduction
4. Leek & Mushroom pasta, toasted pinenuts, parmesan shavings
5. Roast stuffed pork, apricot & sage stuffing, apple & cider cream sauce
6. Oven baked cod, stir fry vegetables, black olive & tomato cream

DESSERTS

1.      Christmas pudding with  a brandy custard & fresh cream
